Everest Region lies in the North of Nepal and is probably the most famous destination for adventure and nature seekers as well as culture seekers. It falls within the Sagarmatha Zone of the Solukhumbu District which is traversed by the UNESCO World Heritage Site Sagarmatha National Park, established in 1976, and covers a massive 1,148 square kilometers, gracing some of the most dramatic landscapes of harsh terrain and steep ravines, along with some of the finest of Himalayan peaks.

Everest Region is blessed with domestic routes that adventurers may choose and offer trekking paths for everyone, irrespective of limitations. The famous Everest Base Camp Trek leads the trekkers at an altitude of 5,340 meters for the thrill of a lifetime as they stand at the base of the highest point on earth. For more glory, ascend to a view of 5,554 meters on the Kala Patthar Trek to have a magnificent panorama of Mount Everest and its lofty neighbors. In addition, the quiet beauty of the Gokyo Ri Trek as well as the rugged adventure of the Gokyo Cho-La Pass Trek, both of which promise top-clear glacial lakes and rough high-altitude trails, is offered in the region. For trekkers who do not have enough time, the shorter options, such as Everest Panorama Trek and Everest View Trek, offer breathtaking views during a short amount of time.
