Terms and Conditions

As one of the reputed government registered trekking agencies in Nepal, to make an easy and trustworthy trip Mountain Treks Nepal have to keep some terms and conditions which helps us to make both sides clear in case of confusion and problems.

Become Our Business Partner

Mountain treks Nepal, one of the leading trekking/adventure companies in Nepal, is actively looking to form partnerships with trekking/expedition companies globally.

Nepal is known as one of the best destinations for trekking because of the Himalayas – the highest peak in the world – Mt. Everest lies in Nepal.

All trekking companies cannot have a presence in each country, and managing international trekkers in foreign countries is very difficult. If you are a trekking/expedition company, we can form a mutually beneficial relationship; we will arrange Nepal trips on your behalf, and you can arrange our trekkers in your country.

Lifetime Deposit

If the company has received advance payment for Nepal Trips, but the client cancels the trip seriously because the advance paid will be put on hold as a lifetime deposit and the client is free to use this advance in the future.

Please note if the trip has been cancelled for non-payment or violation of these Terms & Conditions your deposit will not be counted as a Lifetime Deposit. Only one Lifetime Deposit is issued per cancelled booking per person. If the value of the Lifetime Deposit is greater than the value of the new trip (per person) then the company will not refund or credit the difference. You can also transfer or regift your Lifetime Deposit to a friend or family to book a trip with us by notifying us
